Fees are commission-based, so I only earn when you do, with rates that improve as an item's value goes up. Some projects also require a separate sorting fee, discussed up front.

It all began with a personal experience: helping my family sell my grandmother's belongings when she moved into full-time care. My parents didn't have the bandwidth or know-how to manage the sales themselves. I saw firsthand how much time and effort goes into selling, and the value of having someone in your corner who cares.
